Project office PS projekty spol. s r. o. was established in October 2000 as an architectonic, design and engineering studio. For its important clients it provides a complex supply of fully completed constructions.

Project Office PS projekty spol s r. o. is focused on architectural designs, land and regional planning, preparation and realisation of investment projects, engineering and expert activities in the field of civil engineering investment and realties.

Continuous perfection of working, creative and organizational methods, which is a basic duty of every employee, and a characteristic attribute of the office activity, has one aim: to find a harmonic proportion of graphic, scientific and technical, workmanlike and economic requirements and look at elaboration of every particular project, every single order. A logical, continuous, and in every particular working situation, well-balanced procedure, from first sketches to the completed project realization, accompanied with the effort for the optimum result on every stage, and with the personal involvement of staff, is a very demanding working method of teamwork, leading to the set goal.

For single orders we flexibly set together special working teams led by project leaders, whose goals are to execute the orders continuously.

During preparation and realization of capital project - buildings under construction and reconstructions of housing, administrative, hotel, industrial buildings and zones - our project office provides to its client as a rule a complex service, including project and pre-project works, author supervision, investing and engineering activities, co-operation with a promoter in tendering procedure and contracting of structural and technologig supplies, engineering supervision of investor and co-operation with the user in initialization of completed structure.

Our project office is equipped for every required works and services. Our team of graduate workers elaborates a wide spectrum of orders including pre-project and project preparation of structures and a control during their realization.
